We chose the name Zivelle because it carries an energy that most names in fine jewelry do not. There is a brightness to it that mirrors what the set itself does. At 0.999 carats of total diamond weight distributed across 8.89 grams of 14K gold, the Zivelle is not trying to overpower anything. It is trying to be exactly right, and that is a more difficult thing to achieve than simply going larger.

The decision to work in 14K gold rather than 18K was made because of how the metal performs at this weight and diamond specification. 14K gold holds its finish differently and gives the set a quality that reads as modern rather than traditional. The proportions between the gold weight and the diamond weight were worked out to produce a set that feels balanced in the hand and on the body, neither too light to be meaningful nor too heavy to be worn freely.

The diamond placement across the set follows the logic of the design rather than a formula. Each stone is where it is because of what it does to the piece in that position, not because of a standard pattern applied without thought. This approach takes more time and it produces better results, and the Zivelle is a good example of why we commit to it.
