Bentley Sea God Warriors GMT Automatic Watch – Green Dial, Ceramic Bezel, Stainless Steel

There is a version of this watch that could have been made with gold tones and a premium case, and we make that version too. But the all stainless steel edition of the Sea God Warriors GMT with a full green combination has a clarity of purpose that we genuinely admire. We wanted one iteration of this design that felt stripped back to its architecture, where the quality of the steel and the richness of the green ceramic bezel carried the entire conversation without any additional warmth from gold.

The green we settled on for both the bezel and the dial went through more rounds of review than any other detail in this range. Too yellow, and it reads as industrial. Too dark and you lose the depth. What we landed on is a shade that catches light in a way that makes the watch look genuinely alive under different conditions, from a morning meeting to late afternoon sunlight. The stainless steel case at 40.3mm holds all of that without competing with it.

The sapphire crystal over the dial and the NH34 automatic movement beneath it were both chosen for their contribution to longevity. The crystal does not scratch. The movement does not need batteries. These are two qualities that matter considerably over the years of ownership rather than just on the day of purchase. The GMT function gives you a second time zone at a glance, which we know our customers use constantly.

If you are someone who tends to choose fewer things but holds onto them for a long time, this watch was designed with that instinct in mind. The all stainless configuration with a full green face is not for everyone, and we were comfortable with that from the start. It is for the person who knows exactly what they want when they see it.
