Bentley Sea God Warriors GMT Automatic Watch – Black Dial, Black & Blue Ceramic Bezel, Gold Two-Tone Stainless Steel

Gold two-tone stainless steel changes a watch. Not just visually, but in terms of how the piece reads on the wrist and how it holds up over years of wear. We chose this case finish for this version of the Sea God Warriors GMT because we wanted the dual color bezel to have a counterpart at the case level. The interplay between the black and blue ceramic bezel and the warm and cool combination of the gold two-tone case creates a timepiece that is genuinely difficult to walk past without looking at.

We produce the 40.3mm gold two-tone case in Germany for the same reason we produce all of this range there: precision is not optional. The finishing on this case needed to be sharp at the boundary between the gold and steel sections, and that requires the kind of workmanship that is simply more consistently available at the production standard we demand. The 47.5mm total case length keeps it proportionate without losing presence.

The black dial behind the sapphire crystal is deliberately uncluttered. We wanted the case, the bezel, and the movement to carry the weight of this watch, not the dial design. The NH34 automatic movement inside handles the GMT complication reliably, running off your wrist motion alone throughout the day and maintaining an independent home time zone hand that does not reset when you adjust for local time.

We made this watch for someone who appreciates the intersection of function and finish. The gold two-tone case is not a decorative choice made at the expense of durability. It is a construction decision, and like everything in this piece, it was made deliberately.
